Rockhill Asia visited a new lighting factory in binh duong to audit the quality of their products, assess their production facilities, and understand their manufacturing process.
The manufacturer is fully integrated, from design, structural frame making, assembling, or manufacturing, with product lines that include floor lamps, table lamps, ceiling lamps, wall lamps, chandeliers, and decorative, functional light. We were able to find a large selection of design options with a wide variety of sizes, shapes, materials, and color options to meet our customers’ needs. They are made from various materials, including glass, metal, cloth, or natural materials such as rattan and bamboo, which are very typical in Vietnam. Lamp shades can be made in any desirable lamp shape, including flat wire rings, pleated shirts, drapes, round, square, and oval lamps, to suit the preferences of the customer and the décor theme.
As a quick overview of the product development process, after the design is completed, a paper sample will be made to see how the actual product will look like. The sample will undergo testing and alterations until it meets the required standards and expectations. Then the manufacturer will assemble all the components together, starting with the material, hardware finishing (if necessary), bulb holders, bulbs, ballasts, circuit boards, and fixture suspension, to ensure that the product is safe and reliable before entering the production phase.
